Geligulu,IT company in Hong Kong

Overview

This project involves the development of a responsive web system for a construction machine company. The company operates over 50 machines and employs more than 100 workers, including drivers and delivery personnel. The system aims to streamline daily operations, including the arrangement of rosters and work orders.

The main highlights of this project are the mobile accessibility for workers and the AI-driven rostering capabilities, which significantly improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

In this project, we conducted an extensive review of the client's requirements and daily business workflows, and facilitated multiple focus groups with various user types (including workers, management, C-level executives, and the finance team). We provided strategic business consultation, proposed optimized business workflows, designed the user experience and journey, and developed wireframes and designs. Additionally, we conducted usability testing and user training sessions.
